Established in 1987, The Wrigley Company Foundation aspires to support people and planet through oral health and education, environmental stewardship, and local community partnerships. By aiming to establish valuable global partnerships, we are focused on improving the community’s oral health and offering them wider access to oral care.​

Within Australia, the Foundation partners with the Australian Dental Health Foundation (ADHF) to provide Community Service Grants to dentists and dental students to run projects that improve access to oral care and oral health education.​

The Community Service Grants are awarded annually to help dental professionals implement grassroots programs within high risk communities such as indigenous, homeless, special needs disability, low income and elderly groups.​

Since the Community Service Grants were established, dental professionals across Australia have educated more than 28,500 members of the community and conducted more than 41,000 treatments or education sessions to improve the dental health and increase oral care education in their local communities. ​
